This is a gentle class for all abilities. Focus will be on gentle warm up, moving slowly, cultivating breath awareness. Sprinkled into class will be poses to improve balance, posture, building strength, agility, flexibility, along with mindful movement. Practice ends with a relaxing body scan and restful savasana.
